i got the top and tilt cylinders from tractor bob's and they are the place to go unless you have tons of time and want to fully customize your cylinders. they just hooked right up and worked great!
ARB dual compressor install under seat 2021 JL 392 Rubicon Wrangler

These are some tips that might help you out with your install. This is for a ARB dual compressor install with ARB under seat bracket on the passenger side of a JL 2021 392 Rubicon install tips. It's really nice and fills tires fast! It's expensive but totally worth it to not have to carry an additional pump or have to fill up co2.

testing the fitment of 37" tires on the 392 Wrangler Rubicon i picked up yesterday. looks like they should fit with minimal cutting, and only needs work in the rear.

I have a post on a Facebook group, maybe 392 nation with more pictures and info. This install is not for a beginner, but not hard if you've installed lots of aftermarket parts and know how to test fit, grind, bend, etc.

Yamaha mr1 air filter test on a fx140
The question I have is you mentioned "that one doesn't count." Why doesn't it count if the piston is all the way up.? I think I might have put my timing on that one. I rebuildt the engine and put it in and obviously doesn't turn on
It has to be on the compression stroke. Remember on a 4 stroke the piston will reach tdc 2x for each explosion. You can plug the hole a bit until you feel it pushing air out. That's the compression stroke for timing the cams.
Great video. How’d you Mount your dial indicator? Seems like a great way to do it. I was about to try with wooden dowels but this seems much more accurate
I don't remember. Maybe there was something magnetic or maybe i just set it on something.
I abandon this setup last year. It was nothing but trouble. I had so many hours of tech support trying to see why it would do stupid things like reset the Z height to -50 and try to drive the torch through the table while ignoring the touch and lift sensors. Or randomly firing the torch during rapids. I went to a CandCNC and it's much better!
Like what was even the point of that?
Like why did you even watch it? If you need to time the cams on the mr1 it might help. Otherwise it doesn't apply.
I'm curious on how the cam chain goes on exactly. I was told there is a certain way the chain goes on
Not sure but it seems like it can only go one way
Where are you located?
I spent a month trying to figure out issues with my c79 so did a friend of mine we discovered the boards were bad. Yours is to I know this because of the led lights on your inputs The five led lights on the inputs should not be on with nothing connected. I purchased four C79 from CNC4PC and he finally sent me two good ones with added resistors on the back to fix the issue. Just letting you know.
Thank you for the tip!
hi joe how have you found the tmc torch height control?
How were you able to surf with.no ballast or anything? I have a 2019 212 limited s and want to surf as well, any tips? Thanks.
Just practice keeping the nose as close to the water as comfortable. Try giving yourself a tug into the wave and ride it in. Stay within 2' of the boat. Technique plays a big part. If you're losing the wave have the driver slow. If the wave breaks have the driver speed up.
We have an 18 212 LTS - I'm able to do what Joe is doing above - touch n go with the rope. We JUST got the wake-booster. Definitely cleans up the wake and gives it a little more push - hoping to have it "dialed in" soon!
@@JoeGormican What speed you running? On our 18 212 LTS we run 10/11 mph (4600 rpm)
Look at jetboatpilot. They have the setups dialed in as far as where to put the ballast to make the best wave
Where is video "Part 1"??? I think I have the same problem. But I would like to see how far off your marks of when off by one tooth.....
Not much, maybe 1/8" from the mark.
That's my problem right there 1/8 :(
@@andredesouza9767 Did you got 0psi of compression with that?
Doesn’t matter what side is at top dead since both outside pistons move relative to each other. I just. Put it at top dead. Move the cams to marks. Then tighten down the caps and install tensionor and it’s golden everytime.
