Thought it was funny that I saw many things in your house that I have in mine. Usually books, but I've also got a Kermit sitting on a globe. He's more like Kermit's fatter, older brother. :) Anyway, I was going to tell you that my stove is similar and rounded on top. I had a shelf from Hobby Lobby that had a base that narrowed and became a flat board at some point. I was able to insert this behind my stove (no tools needed to brace it) and use it for my pepper grinder, salt shakers, olive oil bottle, and spaghetti tin--all the things I reach for when I'm cooking. But I'm sure you have way more cabinets than I do. Most people's bathrooms have more cabinets than my kitchen.

Life is a journey. This part of your life is part of life's journey. Not all people are evil or hard to get along with. You will find like minded wonderful people to fill your life , it just takes time. Kinda like moving to a new city where no one knows you. Van life is a totally different mind set than the everyday life of working a steady job, putting up with people who are foolish, paying bills etc. You are a young intelligent woman. You will find your way. You have the rest of your life ahead of you. The world is going through so many changes right now. Everything takes three times as long, everything is twice as expensive, everything is twice as hard. This has been a very difficult year for people. You need to find a way to take life slower so that you have time to adjust and to learn how to deal with life's problems. It's not easy but you can do it, you will do it. Have faith in yourself. Many people would love to escape the life that they are living right now, working a job they hate, dealing with a boss who is a jerk, not having much money due to the high price of living, dealing with petty angry co workers who are losers. This type of life is what you avoided when you were van living on the road. You could pick up and leave when you wanted, no day to day petty problems that cut into your life of freedom. Sleeping when you wanted, eating when you wanted. Now you have put yourself back into the day to day lifestyle that most people live. You can go back to that free vanliving lifestyle, it'll just take time to work up to that. Figure out a plan, step by step, put money aside, even if it is only ten dollars a week. Having a plan and working towards your goal will help alleviate the feeling of helplessness when you have bad days. You have a wonderful future to look forward to. This is just a part of your life right now, it wont be forever. Be strong, believe in your self, have a plan to live by knowing you will have a better future, YOU CAN DO THIS! hang in there ! It'll get better.

I know it is a good idea to beef up that resume with staying at a job for a longer duration but in my experience sometimes that is not worth it. It doesn't hurt to apply to more jobs in the meantime and hopefully find some place that treats you better. Interview processes can be time consuming.
