Hello Juliet and Trudge... You were in Limburg an der Lahn. Did you know that Lichfield UK is Limburg an der Lahn's twin town? In Limburg we named a bridge after Lichfield (Lichfield Bridge). It is not the old bridge in Limburg with the bridge tower. A new bridge from the 1960s...

1:51 The building on the right is a "steel half-timbered house". If you look closely, you can see the grey steel. In the upper part and in the front of the house (not visible here), wood has been placed on the steel profile. So at first glance you think it is a wooden half-timbered house. No, a completely "new" house in the old town, just made of steel and with concrete ceilings. 6:04 This is an architectural sin. The house behind the car was built in the 1970s as social housing in the old town. From this perspective, it is still the best side... otherwise it is ugly and does not fit there Otherwise, Limburg's old town is a beautiful place

I spent a weekend in London a couple of years ago. I literally didn't speak to one English person.

Six quid for a 400 gram meal! Try anywhere other than London! All the way down to only one pound in the rest of normal England.

I lived in Murgon for a year in 2013 and went to the high school there. Im surprised that even though I lived near the fairgrounds and the old railway station, I never actually went to see them. Hoping to return one day

Very interesting...I currently live in Cowra NSW... I just purchased a house in Murgon... A couple of old friends will be renting it. My partner and I will eventually move to Murgon.
