Tulamben, Bali Indonesia Scuba diving- USAT Liberty shipwreck, the drop off and the coral gardens
Переглядів 1798 місяців тому
Headed up Northern Bali this time on a solo mission before catching up with friends. I stayed at Mimpi Resort and got to dive multiple amazing spots including 'The Drop-Off', 'Coral Gardens' and also my favourite, the USAT Liberty shipwreck. USAT Liberty- (originally USS Liberty) is a 125 meter long Ship which was built in New Jersey, USA in 1918 and was used in World War I and World War II. It...

Awesome day trip from Launceston to the pristine waters of Tassie's East Coast. We set sail from Binalong Bay boat ramp and managed to get our bag limit of Southern Rock Lobster (Crayfish) with the company of other sea creatures.

family trip down the coast to go rip a few Southern Rock Lobster bit of wind about so shot out early mornings then spent the day hanging out at sheltered beaches with the kids and checking out the towns Australia Day activities *I mounted the GoPro a little different to try out (on my dive torch) so some footage was a little shaky sorry.

Another great open to the Northern Tasmania Southern Rock Lobster season. Fair bit of swell but reasonable conditions under the surface. Thanks to the Fellas for having me aboard, looking forward to the next splash!!
Trail Running Greens Beach to Badger Beach, Tasmania
Переглядів 178Рік тому
a different edit/upload this time. bought an Insta360 X3 camera and wanted to capture some footage to learn the tricks to capturing and editing before taking the camera on dives etc. so far this 360° camera is slightly tricky to get the hang of but will be easy to capture exactly what I want. Anyway this was a spontaneous run from Greens beach to the opposite end of Badger Beach and back. rough...

Freycinet Peninsula Circuit overnight hike
Переглядів 714Рік тому
Jayde was away so Indianna and I decided to do an overnight hike together. beautiful weather, breathtaking scenery and freezing cold water made for an unforgettable hike. Unbelievably proud of Indi's efforts. 18kms on the first day over some steep difficult sections and then another 12.5 the following day on tired, sore legs.

Great video mate!! I Love diving for Cray's at Schouten it is a magical spot ❤
Shockingly bad music
Great comment 👍
@ the video is awesome though 😎
Nice video guys. Love our hookah diving. Looking forward to the next season.
Can't wait! Thanks for watching 👍
Great video mate, that happened to me on the Acropolis...💪 From Hobart 👍
Thanks for watching mate, it's hard to pull up short of your goal but staying alive is a much better option! The mountains not going anywhere 😄
@@dayswellspent. That's what I always say you can always go back there 🤣
Nice filming, but it's such a shame the natural beauty has to be spoilt by all the man-made structures. Huts, signs, plastic platforms, wooden paths. The landscape has been ruined. And that's what the huge parks and wildlife fees pays for, under the name of "management" It's nice to see a simple, worn walking path that has been there for decades. Again though, nice video. I'm Tasmanian by the way.
Glad you enjoyed the video mate, yes, parks and wildlife to a lot of questionable things unfortunately
👍 nice work
Great video, such a beautiful part of Tasmania.
Great footage. Be aware they are trying to ban cray diving😅
Good to see you putting the tent to the test.I've had the same tent for 18yrs and just reproofed it for another 18yrs hopefully lol. Its been through 2 huge storms and stood the test of time. Great vid 👍
Yes i cant seem to fault it, thats for sure. Thanks for watching!
Nice video guys
Glad you enjoyed it
We just got back from 3 days up there. Absolutely stunning place. Great video 👏. You can spend days just exploring the area, there's a lot to see and do 👌
Thankyou! It is beautiful up there and a dusting of snow.certainly added to the experience and made it feel as raw as it was! Thanks for watching 🙏
Wow! Incredible 😍
Really enjoyed the filming and music match, well done for getting out there! 👍
Thanks heaps for the comment! 🙏
Very nice. Thanks for sharing. Any thieving possums at Dixons Kingdom?
Not this time, I kept most things in the tent with me during the night though
@@dayswellspent. okay thank you. Once again nice video 👍
Easy to be everywhere now
Beautiful clear vision. Would prefer you to narrate over the top rather than the dubbed music. Nice vision though
Spectacular scenery my friend, what a majestic country!
Such an incredible and exciting adventure! The edit is fire too and scenery out of this world. Harsch weather conditions produce the best content ;)
Absolutely!! And create some of the best memories. Thanks so much 🙏
When did you go ?
26/27th June
The music ruined the footage
what air compressor do you use and how deep were you diving
We got down to around 20 metres at the absolute deepest and we were diving off a home made hookah. You can pick them up off gumtree/marketplace etc however I would highly suggest changing the filters and test running immediately. Also doing your open-water dive ticket at a minimum would be advised just because there are so many things that could unknowingly go wrong. It's heaps of fun and can be extremely safe however it's not as easy as plugging a reg in the mouth and diving down. Hope this helps 👍
dope video !
Another great video mate 👌
Was there a reason you guys were not removing the urchins? As they are a pest.
Your correct, they are a pest! However, if we had of filled our bags with urchins we then wouldn't have any room for the crayfish 👍
Nice work. Mmmmi l love crayfish. Beautiful spot
What do u do with them? Sell them to the Chinese?
Hello
Good viz too. N8ce work
Hello sir
Awesome work. Looked like a great trip
Unreal trip, can't wait for the next one! 🤙
Its my dream to live on this island for a year. I qualify in my job soom and uts on the skills visa, hopefully ill be snorkeling here soon ❤
I can assure you it will not disappoint!
Nice vid mate. Thanks for sharing, I've never done any hooker diving, only tank and snorkelling.. I'm off to St Helens this weekend for a spearfish 😊
It is much more free than scuba, allowing you to squeeze into tighter places. Absolute beautiful spot down there! Hope the weather's kind 👌👍
@@dayswellspent. Yes, I would imagine you would have more freedom
Any chance you wanna share the name of the spot 😊
Coles bay area 😏
Curious to know what kind of camper trailer you have. Great video!
Hey, thanks for watching. It's a home-built pop top that works off a Coleman lift system that we bought and pretty much gutted and renovated together. Served us well but we started having a few issues with the wind up mechanism which isn't very 'maintenance friendly' so we got rid of it and probably wouldn't suggest pop-tops anymore
🤘 Promo_SM
Nice one mate!
Hey mate do you still use this tent? or recommend another one?
Still use this one mate, only used it a few times but does the job and seems to be a good tent. It was pretty cheap to by memory
Looks amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Looks like a lovely place to visit
Cool dragon
Scary
Wow
Please stop the music
What month did you walk? Nice vid.
Thankyou, we went at the end of September (off season = free) 😄
Such a great Video! Thanks for sharing.
Tassie has it all.
Absolutely beautiful. Very relaxing. Why would anyone live anywhere else.
