Doing these at a rough approximation of marathon effort. Running in Sheffield is bloody difficult, but it will help me get stronger so that's something at least. Also, wind is forecast to be super bad on Saturday so I may well end up on the indoor bike.

Think my fitness is starting to come back already, still a ways to go though. The focus of this session was vaguely LT2, so that higher aerobic capacity but not quite VO2Max, saving that for next week. Footage looks much better this time, so this will be my recording set up moving forward.
