Hes absolutely trolling the people who make these videos, but if you use latex adhesant paint it can work very well, but you need to spray mineral oil on the rubber, take a foam brush like he has in the video, a new one and clean the letters off. You should be able to feel the rubber get softer, thats where the magic of this process comes from.. Use a similar brush that isn't huge for the paint and it won't brush onto the rest of the tire, and paint your letters. By this point I would hope anyone who knows anything about cars would have caught on to this "hack," as soon as i said mineral oil on tires, especially once i talked about the "softening rubber," bit, but please don't actually do what i said its how you rot the tires expediantly.
