when are you planning to make this user auth (via API) available?
It could be useful to showcase the a practical example of exactly what you are trying to achieve before explaining how to do it. Think of it as a "movie trailer" or teaser of what we are going to configure. It is much more engaging when we are exited for what we are going to make.
Noted! Thanks for your feedback! 🙂
Great job!! Love the updates!
Thank you for the feeback! ☺

been waiting on that group by link table. 🎉❤ great job team!
@davidacreates Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate it. ☺
Signup And login is a risk to get in Baserow ………only email And password 😢
@bobvansoest4078 Single Sign-On is already available for Database Builder and will be available in the next release for Application Builder. Is this something you're looking for?
@ Exactly 👍
You glanced over the links quickly at 28:48, so it is not clear if there is an option to have (and enforce) one-to-many and many-to-many links. Could you clarify?
Hi @andrisi 👋 As of this writing, you can have 1:1, 1:M, and M:M relationships. You can also have a self-referencing relationship. However, there's no native way to enforce a specific relationship type. In other words, if you have a relationship that is 1:1 and you'd like to keep it as such, but you're working with a collaborator that has the permissions to edit that relationship, the collaborator would theoretically be able to turn that 1:1 into a 1:M relationship.
I'm fascinaded with this, it'a truly the best discovery of my day
Thank you for your feedback! 💙
Oh!! Great update❤❤
Great updates!
Thank you, Cam 😊
Thank you!! Great update!! 🤩 😁
We appreciate your feedback, Ronald! 🙏
how do you make the members or collaborators only access the forms, instead of messig up wtih tables? why forms have to be public? I know there could be use cases like surveys, but primary use case is I would want my team members who would be collaborators ot simply submit forms (and view the table). I could not find a way to do this basic use case in baserow free version.. no... Password for each form is a dumb idea to do what I want... users simply click link, if they are member of baserow team of mine, they should see form and enter thats it..
Hey @parthi2929, it sounds like you're looking for RBAC, or role-based access control. This is for more advanced used cases, so it's not available in Baserow's free plans. More about RBAC here: baserow.io/user-docs/permissions-overview
Excellent presentation, Bram. Well done.
Thanks for your feedback, Pablo 😊
I literally just thought about making something like this myself
Nice! We also have a detailed tutorial explaining how the app was built: baserow.io/blog/baserow-pdf-generator-app 😊
i have a question who i can contact with you 🙏
Hi there! Feel free to share your question in the Baserow community forum: community.baserow.io/ 😊
I have the free version, testing it out, but why does member role have permissions that allow the deletion, and edition of databases and even creating database tokens? .. I don’t understand
Love the information, the video quality means it's impossible to read the copy in the screen share.
Noted! Thanks for the feedback 🙌

Will i support russian language?
All languages we currently support were added through community contributions. You can contribute to translations here: hosted.weblate.org/projects/baserow/
Cool!
Can you invite someone who doesn’t have baserow to collaborate on baserow?
It depends. What is the collaborator doing? Do they need to edit? View? Learn about permissions here: baserow.io/user-docs/permissions-overview
@@baserow well, some would be editing, some would be just viewing only. And if I hire a contractor to do a job, I want to show them the project tasks I have written out on baserow, are they able to view it and make a comment?
Self hosted too?
Hey @nasouthanza, currently it's only available on baserow.io, and will be released for self-hosters in Baserow 1.27. 🙂
is baserow completely free?
Hello @HaiHoo-rk3ex, Baserow offers different plans, including a free one. Check out the pricing plans here: baserow.io/pricing 🙂
Frederik is awesome, we need more Frederik!
Thanks! More videos are coming out soon, created by Frederik. 😊
Bravo! Great work!
The role field is very nice addition. Waiting for this
2:26 Role field 😀🤩 Thank you guys!!
Is this accessible
@TheMajinCollins, yes! Test it out: alexpikuta.github.io/alexpikuta/
Where is the Collaborators information coming from?
You add collaborators by inviting them as members to your workspace: baserow.io/user-docs/working-with-collaborators.
LOL... she linked a table so fast I didn't even realize she did it.
Hey, you can get more information about linking tables here: ua-cam.com/video/y-wAL-HNZuk/v-deo.htmlsi=FcyT8QAV6Ka9tita 🙂

Glad you're enjoying it!

Correct, Pingflow!
Baserow as a no-code application builder is A GAME CHANGER! This is exciting, I just can't wait!
Thank you @biorig!
SUPER
Glad you like the field!

Why is the Baserow's initiation routine when initiating the docker container so long and cpu intensive? Shouldn't it be a simple schema update, why does the migration work take tens of minutes on a 2vcore? Once the database is initiated, it runs without problem. But the initiation is really a killer. It often breaks on lower speced servers and is the reason why I, although I like the project, won't be using it. You should really check your initiation routine and find a better way to handle migrations.
Hey @HideBuz! The initialization of the database schema shouldn't take much time. We suspect it's the installation of all the templates that's consuming the resources before your instance starts. What happens if you set BASEROW_TRIGGER_SYNC_TEMPLATES_AFTER_MIGRATION=false? If you're running Baserow on lower-spec servers, then we'd recommend setting BASEROW_RUN_MINIMAL=true. This will allow the project to run with minimal hardware, but it does come with a concurrency and performance cost. We hope that helps!
@@baserow thanks for answering. When I set templates to false, the initiatialization still crashes. I think it has to do with Celery consuming all of memory and on 2GB it simply just crashes. The minimum requirement should be 3 or 4GB of RAM, but the thing is: it's just the installation! Why not just import a SQL file on a new instance? After initalization the RAM falls back to 1GB so it's not like it requires a 4GB model to begin with. It's just your migrations are problematic.
@@HideBuz Apologies for the delay in response. Do you mind if we switch to the Baserow community forum to help with your question/issue? community.baserow.io/
Great update!! 🤩 😁
But still no option to notify the person who submitted via mail id as successfully recieved is very annoying - please bring that option - it is basic feature in all other forms services
Noted! Thanks for the feedback 😊
How would you go about creating a Sign up form? In this example, the user needs to be manually created by the owner of the database as I understand it, right?
To configure the login element, you'll first need to choose the source of your user data. Here are more detailed instructions on how to configure user sources: baserow.io/user-docs/user-sources. 🙂
I’m new to this but I think what you need is to create a form view in the table where you want to store this information. The form will allow you to collect the information (signup) which will then be stored in the table. You then just need to either share the url of the form, or create a page with a link to the form such as a ‘sign-up’ button.
Very cool. Excited to try out baserow :)
Graphs would be a great addition. Really missing this
Thank you for the feedback, @scottmiller7574! This year, we plan to release an analytics dashboard. 🙂
@@baserow thats fantastic news 🙂
Impressive!
Nice, can see this really becoming useful. Needs a bit polishing in the UI.
Thanks for the feedback!
Does this have mobile support?
You can use Baserow on mobile devices, but full mobile support isn't available yet. We're planning to improve the mobile experience for Baserow later this year.
Cool, but this background music gets old really fast 😕
Noted! Thanks for your feedback @X1011 🙂
Keep the updates and tutorials coming! Thanks! Great tool! Hope to see more implemented!
The elements are very limited. Hope you get to add more soon for better internal tool experience. Especially for dashboards
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are planning to add more elements in future releases. 🙂
Baserow, as much as I love your app and features, please get your architecture in order. I can host your competitor nocodb on a potato with 1vcore and 512MB ram while your Baserow docker image won't boot up on a 4vcore with 1GB ram. Container start takes ages and sometimes crashes. So because of that, my company will stick with Nocodb. But I love you guys too, so keep improving and for the god of love fix your long preload processes.
Thank you for your kind words about Baserow, @HideBuz! We'll pass your feedback on architecture to the development team. 🙌
Will the possibility be implemented for the AI to look at the images stored in an attachment field?
Thank you for your feedback, @Embrioso! We will discuss it as a potential new feature with our team.
Hey @Embrioso, we have a small update for you: we'll add a feature that allows the AI field type to work with images. Thanks for sharing your idea with us!
