You can tell the frame is rusted and the car is bowing in the middle. Not much to save their that's going to be expensive.

The Sprint sticker on the tailight panel, is a nice touch. Looks like lots of work, but being a Black, K code, it’s worth it. I use to walk to school everyday past a black GT convertible.

Anything can be fixed. Just depends how determined you are and how big your pocket book.

I've got a restorable '65 K coupe I will be selling at some point. No drivetrain but it has nothing but age surface rust and some of the normal floor rust. Very little body work needed. They stopped making them in 65.
