Society is geared toward youth. Older generations are looked down upon for many reasons, but it's a short sided view by the younger generations, because they will be an older generation before they know it. Wisdom is not valued like it used to be. Additionally, life has a way of humbling you as you get older. It's a beautiful thing to see someone at your age recognizing the value of a long life and the lessons that it can teach you.

They don't want to pass on their wisdom anyway, just gaslight you to high hell

God came through awesomely for me this morning, giving me great assurance that He was indeed still with me and working.
