The Mademi Quartet was formed in Genoa, Italy with the purpose of presenting music written or arranged for clarinet quartet and, along with devoting time to research and rehearsals, the quartet soon began its national and international concert activities.
The members of the quartet are clarinettists who studied both in Italy and in the United States of America.
Eclecticism and diversity of styles best describe the musical taste of the ensemble. In fact, alongside the works written specifically for clarinet quartet, the Mademi Quartet enjoys performing music from different time periods from Renaissance madrigals to the music of contemporary composers and songwriters.

Nicely played but the constant cutting gets annoying. Watching closeups of fingers moving around gets really old really quickly.

Beautifully played, but the cutting of the clip is horrible: far too many cuts, too many close ups views, does not correspond to the music. - A pity as the set up, lighting and the protagonists are very much worth a good clip!
