I don't know about how they are with real estate but they sure as hell don't know how to build and maintain a website. You cant actually save searches, in spite of what it claims. It limits you to saving an entire zip code or just one zip code. No fractional zip codes or search multiple zips. They keep emailing me properties for sale way outside my price and a area. Most of the time the homes they list have been sold for months.

When I grew up in Perrysburg in the 50s and 60s, it was one square mile in dimension, demarcated by East Boundary, South Boundary, West Boundary (Rte 25), and North Boundary (Front Street). 4000 souls. Once you left the one square mile, you were in farm land. Roachton Road was the boonies.

Currently, (October 25, 2019) the stock price is $18.11. It has a 52 week range of $17.40 to $38.23. I wanted to know: 1. Do you think Andersons Inc. is a good company and would you want to own its stock due to its current low price? 2. Is there something going on at Andersons Inc. that is causing the stock price to be so low (other than current corn prices and the trade deal situation with China) or is the town of Maumee having some problems.
