That’s so weird because I was once taught kind of the opposite. To avoid saying “does that make sense?” because it makes you come off as less confident/knowledge/credible which to me seems like the opposite of condescension.

I struggle with this all the time and lately have really been lamenting that I just don't have enough brain because my energy and focus is limited in a day (thanks, chronic fatigue). You sorta mentioned it at the end, but with ADHD, I just follow the excitement. I don't try to fight myself or force myself to do things and projects I really am not feeling up to. Sometimes I do want to finally complete something on my list and it feels good just to suck it up enough to get started. Sometimes getting started is the hardest part. And then it feels good to finally be able to check it off the list. Otherwise, I just have trust that I'll get to a certain project eventually when I'm feeling more up to it. For example, I'm just not in my crochet season right now and that's fine. If I wait a while, it might feel fresh, new, and exciting again.

hey! I hope you're able to get through your choice paralysis maybe only allowing yourself to focus on one task at a time and block everything else out? I'm not sure if that helps but I like your pets aswell!
