The first lessons I taught my kids were about respect, patience, kindness, and understanding their emotions because I believe a strong foundation matters. My father taught me so much at a young age-simple things like respecting elders, being grateful, and appreciating the little things. Those lessons put me ahead in life, and I’m so thankful for them. As a 23-year-old parent of four kids (6, 5, 3, and 1 years old), I’m proud that they excel in the classroom and are often complimented for their manners and respect. It means a lot to me because I had a great role model in my father to guide me. In this video, I focused on older kids-those heading to college or entering adulthood. Many parents miss the mark during this stage by giving their kids everything instead of teaching them life skills. This creates adults who struggle because life won’t hand them everything-it’s a tough world. As parents, we have the power to prepare our kids, teach them valuable lessons, and set them up for success while we’re still here. I lost my father in the physical world, but his lessons and guidance live on within me, and they shape how I approach parenthood today. if you have time can you please go watch the full video. @ thats processed chemicals disguised as eggs and bacon. I love eggs and bacon. Thats why its such a tragedy what you so called “healthy” eaters do to it. Eggs are a superfood one of the healthiest things on this planet and you replace it with processed chemicals. Not to mention how horrible it is for the environment to mass farm your fake food. Research before you speak buddy. I actually have a degree in nutrition and have worked with high level athletes to optimize their diet, the amount of times I have swapped “plant based” for the real thing and gotten told “Man I haven’t felt this good in 5-10 years!” Is insane. Doritos are less processed than what you call “healthier breakfast” dude. Mass media hypnotism at its best right here.

Hey, I often try to educate people about what I’ve learned, but it’s frustrating because many don’t want to hear it-they’re not ready to make changes. The truth is, most of what we eat and find in stores is loaded with harmful ingredients that are designed to make us sick. I don’t force my views on anyone, I just share the facts I’ve come across. The problem with store-bought food is that it’s not coming directly from the source, and that’s where the risks lie. Even when it says "contains bioengineered food ingredients," that’s a red flag for me-because a lot of it is just harmful. Produce isn’t perfect either, but at least I feel better about eating something like an apple compared to meat, which is filled with hormones and other harmful substances. That’s why I’m planning to start my own garden next year-I’ve already got seeds ready! My goal is to eat more directly from the source, where I have more control over what’s in my food.

Yes, I have to. I’ve been lied to my whole life about the proper way to eat. On top of that, where I grew up, there weren’t any places to get healthy food-just junk and processed options. That’s what I was raised on, and it shaped my early habits. Now, I want to use my platform to encourage others to take control of their children’s health. If we don’t, our kids will just end up as patients, relying on prescriptions while the system profits off them. The truth is, they don’t really care about us. I’m sorry for the long response, but I really appreciate this space. I didn’t have many people in my life to talk to about these things-they often think I’m weird for avoiding unhealthy foods. Connecting with people like you motivates me to keep sharing this information and trying to help others. Let’s stay engaged and encourage each other!
