All these are suggestions from the panel. And these are all aimed at improving the standard,security and confidentiality of our examination in a long run and if at all adopted by NTA needn’t be effective from the very next year onwards.

The committee headed by K Radhakrishnan was tasked with suggesting reforms to strengthen data security protocols, improve the examination process, and review the structure and operations of the NTA. The major suggestions from this NEET expert committee are: 1.Hybrid mode of examination 2.Multi Phase examination 3.Capping the number of attempts 4.Increase the number of own examination centres 5.Staffing NTA with more permanent personnels 1.Hybrid mode of examination Question paper will be transmitted digitally to the examination centres to reduce the number of hands that the question paper passes through. 2.Multi phase examination Being a very competitive examination,Committee makes a suggestion to run this examination in two phases-a preliminary and an advanced one like JEE Examinations. 3.Capping the number of attempts A suggestion to limit the number of attempts made by the students to reduce the competition. 4.Relying heavily on AICTE recognised and private colleges currently, the panel has discouraged the use of these private colleges for examinations. 5.To keep more permanent staff for NTA than outsourcing to service providers.
