Cool set. I've never heard of this one either, but the subject matter is not something you hear about very often in the horror genre which has been explored pretty thoroughly on youtube over the years.
Yeah, I would never guess that cards based on radio show thrillers existed. Especially a set printed in 1993. Pretty surprising stuff.

I'm not sure of its origins, but the cards are from China, it uses a Half-Life 2 mod (Valve USA). I'm also gonna guess that the person making the Skibidi Toilet show on youtube. I DONT KNOW THOUGH, IT COULD BE ANYONE.

It seems like a LOT, but when you look into it, it's just a fictional arms race where one side outdoes the other side each episode and they just keep it going.
Skibidi toilet is Trump's nickname. I can't figure out the "rare" system on the overseas cards.
OH, THIS RARE SYSTEM IS BIZARRE. It also differs from set to set. So like HR's could be the rarest in one set and then FTRs could be the rarest in another. I've just chosen to completely disregard rarity when opening these. Each set has a flyer on Aliexpress that you might be able to decipher, but I haven't really had the motivation to attempt that.

@thepassionatepackrat1988 it's a youtube show made using a half-life 2 mod. The channel is called "DaFuq?!Boom!" I think. Something like that. It's definitely a bizarre pop culture thing that has happened in the last couple years.

My kids and I opened a box of the old GI Joe back in 2020. We paid $10 for the box at a flea market. They had hundreds of boxes of 90s wax. We spent $100 on 10 boxes, wish I would have bought more.
