I've professionally installed a countless amount of TV's in a variety of custom places and this How To Mount TV On Wall (2019) video is just a quick overview of the most common TV wall mount. The basic principle of mounting tv to wall is learning the process so that you can accurately mount tv to wall EXACTLY where you want to be. 1) Install tv mount that goes on the back of the tv FIRST. 2) Th...
Don't leave garage doors open!

This video illustrates what happens to your ceilings when you leave your garage door open too often. It destroys your ceiling sheet rock. It causes your tape and float finish to crack and crumble. It causes your sheet rock to start sagging. This video illustrates what can happen if you routinely just leave your garage door open all day or too often.

I'll be demonstrating the SLOW and FAST way to install corner bead and the tool that helps quickly install metal corner bead. In this video I wasn't trying to attempt to provide a thorough tutorial of the full how to install corner bead on drywall. I merely was demonstrating how to install corner bead the fastest way possible. The crimping tool is by far the best way to install corner bead fast.

    Would it be good if someone holding the pole while putting the bolts to avoid the person getting hurt

    According to the instructions you should tighten to 55 ft lb but I see many say just give it a few turns. Why ? I’m pretty sure the manufacturer guidance is to ensure the wedge mechanism fully engages.

    Would these same posts work outdoors? I initially thought I would have to put j bolts in wet concrete then allow to set

      these are galvanized fence post with plates welded on and yes, these would be perfect for outdoors after a pore of concrete.

    Is it necessary to use a large, corded hammer drill like the one you have? Or would a good quality hand-held hammer drill (like a DeWalt XR or Milwaukee) work?

    • @johnscarpentrytv4358

      Not necessary at all. The drills you mentioned would work well. Most hammer drills will easily do the job, but for power and quickness, I pulled out the corded one

      You need to consider if its going to be structural and if the ground is solid and sound. If its for structural, then I would recommend digging out and poring concrete and then go from there

      The only purpose of the tape on the floor was to accurately mark where my holes were to be drilled. The floor had newly applied gray epoxy so I didnt want to mark up the floor in case I made a miscalculation of where exactly the pole needed to be. the tape on dill bit was to mark the depth i needed to drill down

    You should first sweep up the dust and put it in a bag before using the vac. Your vac is not gonna last long if you use it like that, to suck up so much dust. If the dust bag in your vac is full and you don't replace the bag in time, overflowing dust will get into and clog up your vac's armature bearings.

    • @johnscarpentrytv4358

      Wall mount installation costs. A simple flat screen TV wall mount that does not require special wiring can run from $80to $175 to install, while a more standard wall mount can cost $200 to $500.

    • @johnoz216
      @johnoz216 5 років тому

      @@johnscarpentrytv4358 I can see why the price can go as high as $500. Some walls might not even have an electrical out let and the tv might be a very big one like 65 or 70 inch and certainly requires 2 people to get the job completed.
