Thank you for this. Can you help me with this problem. I added a Field to the Consolidation Table called "Void_Ratio". set the data to be "Single" number format. However when I enter data in the column, and switch windows to preview it is giving me the message "specified records returned no data (outputaagraph.outputmainfnb) (dataextract)". The other fields have been set to the same parameters and the data. furthermore, when I return to the data table, the values I entered in the Void Ratio Column is not there. Any idea hjow to remedy this problem? Thank you in Advance.
