Way back in 73, I did a hit of Windowpane LSD, driving on I-95 in Pa. headed to Delaware with a couple friends. It hit me, looked down, I was doing 25mph. Speed limit was 55. Things kinda looked like this video. Pulled over and let a friend who was straight drive. Windowpane was roughly a 0.015625 inch square gel taped to an 1/8 inch square of paper.

I've never had the fortune to go lysergic -- let alone enjoy the spectacles of classic horror sober. Summers spent with smoked grass and eaten fungus have a similar vibe, but rarely so intense as this simulacrum. Since first seeing this video appear in my feed, it's been playing on repeat in the stereo between my ears.
