I think the inhibitor nearby is under the scaffolding beneath the military drop you already got. You grab that wire and climb up the bell tower and plug it in on the wall next to the bell.
I noticed you push in on the stick when you are paragliding (activating survivor sense), try one of the buttons on the top of the controller (left side L3 specifically) for the boost.
When your paraglider rocks back and forth, when it is at its high point, hit L3 on your controller to give a boost upwards. Its like hitting an air vent, it will allow you to gain altitude to reach the higher buildings. Trust me, it really works! Nice job on the military drops so far! :)
Yeah took me awhile to learn that, i was trying to see if there was a way to spot them and its usually the yellow trees but there are a few hidden hives on balconies and roofs.
Don't forget to search the bird house for the feathers :) Try to focus on inhibitors and military drops if starting over. I would not even do any story missions until you get more of the fore mentioned.
@@Gamersdietoo Well, may I suggest picking 1 faction and siding that way entirely. If you divide up the territories equally, you get 1 outcome story wise as you have been doing so far. You also get different story paths choosing 1 faction only to give territories to.
Oh btw the inhibitor at the top of the VNC Tower, you have to drop down the side of the building a floor or two, and pop in an open window from the top to get it. Oh and don't forget to search the birdhouse for feathers, feathers seem to be one of the rarest resources to find so gather or buy them whenever offered, scraps too. And don't be afraid of your regular flashlight, its your friend! Your flashlight DOES NOT attract Zombies, virals or volities so you CAN keep it on whenever you are in the dark without worry. :)

Nice on the upgrades! Try out the boost on your fully upgraded paraglider now! Really helps to reach far away buildings when used with jumping off high places. Max out those knives if you can, they are incredible when maxed out, plus cheap to make.
Hit a craftmaster and put those military drops to good use on your paraglider and hook. Also you are REALLY close to maxing out the damage on your knives, when you go to the craftmaster upgrade your needs before your wants so you don't run out of money before you can upgrade the good stuff.
If you WAIT OUTSIDE until it TURNS NIGHT, before stepping in there there will be NO VOLITIES to deal with. You went in too early. Wait until it JUST TURNS TO NIGHT before even poking your head in there, the volitiles will all be gone and you will have the maximum amount of time to search every level.
That plug in at the top of the building where you got the air drop is tricky, you have to grab the cord, go out where that piece of wood is, turn around and face the generator, drop down the side of the building a little bit and go in an open window on the side of the building and plug it in there.
I noticed you have no armor equipped, risky play! Seek out inhibitors to increase stamina, more stamina means longer paraglide flights and increased climbing with the hook. Highlight radio towers on your map and they will reveal hidden inhibitor locations.
Throw firecrackers or bait INSIDE the cargo container trap while your stand behind the button, keep tapping on it and it will activate when you get two virals inside.
Oh no! Just noticed you spent your military upgrades on the worthless UV flashlight. You have the right idea for getting this drop just 1 building closer (the one you went by), or try for some of the easier drops and get your paraglider maxed out and try again from that same building.
Throw some bait or firecrackers inside the cargo container (trap) then once you get two virials inside it will let you press the red button at either end. Must be done at night.
Put that military tech you recently acquired to good use, find a craft master and UPGRADE that paraglider and grappling hook. Remember to upgrade them before weapon mods so you don't go broke before you can do it. Maybe max out your knives too seeing as they as so close to being completed. :)

Pushing the stick doesnt do anything for paraglider
@@Gamersdietoo not with your controller no, it's the top L3 button to activate the boost for PS4/PS5 controllers.
The boost (L3) on your controller, would have got you those last few feet up the building when you were up against it with the paraglider.
But...but...the other 2 inhibitors! Go back quick!

When you defeat the GRE Anomaly (At Night), you access the inhibitor through the top hatch of the steel container its in.
Hit a craftmaster and put those military drops to good use on your paraglider and hook. Also you are REALLY close to maxing out the damage on your knives, when you go to the craftmaster upgrade your needs before your wants so you don't run out of money before you can upgrade the good stuff.

The VNC Tower is a great place to ride the elevators to the top and paraglide to other tall buildings for hard to reach drops.
