That's a really nice price! I'd love to know the true cost price to make a hot wheels premium as I do think £8.99 is a lot of money but I'd be happier to spend it knowing that it costs Mattel like $2-3 to make one. Surely not as they much place orders for each car in the millions?? Either way... did you see I found fast and furious cars for £6.50. Oh man I wish all premium in the UK were that price. Hey man, how's it going? For real it's extremely obvious to see on here who is being genuine or not and I'm definitely not wasting my time on here being that guy. Happy to enjoy the hunt and I really don't understand how these people have unlimited money to buy everything they find. Plus by watching their videos you know they use YT money to buy more cars to resell. Bro, I can't believe I didn't notice that about the lotus. I only realised a couple of weeks ago that the lotus race car has a number 4 and number 5 variant. That's crazy! I know I have bought 2, maybe even 3 as I often forget what I buy haha but I'll have to check today to see if I have both because you're right. It's a great duo to own. Keep on the good hunt dude. Like I said in the vid. The more times you go out hunting for hot wheels, the more likely you are to find what you're looking for. Obviously there are so so many times that I walk up to absolutely nothing and it just completely wastes my time. But the FACTS are that if a store sells hot wheels then you gonna catch a fresh restock eventually. Either that man or for real 2 years from now you'll be in some discount store and you'll find 2 dark green supras and you'll laugh. Hope you find one sooner brother. Good luck out there 🫡

For real I've visited places that I've never even stepped foot inside before and found random new sets and then NEVER seen them ever again... it's so random mate. I've learned a lot from making these videos and of course there's a huge amount of times where I walk up to absolutely nothing and it completely wastes my time but my biggest take home is to just make a day of it. Take the kids out go explore and see what's out there. If you hunt as much as I do right now you're gonna get lucky and hit that fresh restock eventually. Doesn't matter where you live. If you know somewhere sells HW and check 3-4 times a week at over 20+ stores then you'll find some nice things NOT on eBay lol. Hope you've been adding some fun pieces into your collection. Which Ford escort are you looking for? All of them? To this day I really regret not picking up 2 of that pop culture forza escort when I had a chance. Keep on the good hunt my friend. Another great pro tip is travel around and explore. Make a day of it and you'll be surprised what you find. I have found some of the best hot wheels in stores I have never stepped foot inside before. And lastly... don't do it... never resort to eBay! Haha. Gotta find one out in the wild so that it feels like a W and not an L 👍 good luck GL!

I love visiting stores I've never been to before! I know a lot of people comment asking where people are based, like if they visit there they will find more cars but the reality is that ALL stores that sell hot wheels eventually have a restock. You just gotta hunt a lot and very frequently to find the good stuff. I noticed that I only found 1 orange lambo in LIDL so I probably missed out on a STH! Really hoping I can find one in 2025... did you find one in 2024?

@ customcollects I actually found my first Super ever a couple weeks ago in an airport! Funny thing is it’s the 2025 B case Hirohata Merc, one of my favorite castings of 2024.

@customcollects the best store currently is Karzanddolls an online store that restocks in huge amount. And we don't have large offline toy stores. Some cities might have them but not all. Hamleys are widespread across India. But not in my city. I don't have a local store and hamleys near me that sell hotwheels. So the best option for me is to get it online. And price per piece is ₹179/$2.10 And yeah amazon japan is great but the customs duty in india is horrendous. Double the amount of cart value. So not a viable option. But let's hope that team transports and more premium like car culture comes. Mattel india only brings pop culture series.

What! Bro, come on. It's worth queuing up with all the Christmas shoppers for that car. Pro tip at Christmas. Go to a till point / click and collect section and ask the staff member there a question. It's very clear to see ok here who is being genuine or not. That's not me my guy. These videos take me so so many hours and hours and hours to make for real

Got a video in the works should be able to upload next week for sure. How are you? Have you been out hunting much yourself recently? UA-cam isn't my full time job for real. I have a lot of other necessary priorities in real life and also my two kids keep me very busy as well. It's also why I don't make shorts and have no social media other than my YT. It takes many hours to plan, film, edit and build one of my videos. I can definitely see why a lot of very successful channels on here have a team of 3-10 people working on making epic content to upload every few days. A nice milestone for me is that my channel is now 1 year old and I have big plans for 2025 which I hope to share with you in the future. Thanks for being here right now man. It means a lot to me. @ yesterday I did find my first treasure hunt only the Chevy impala never found a STH hunt tho but hopefully one day. I did manage to pick up 2 Lamborghinis and 2 Godzilla skylines which for me and my son is an awesome day of finds. Keep up the good work bro and I’ll be back to watch all your videos

Haha! You did well there mate. Do you own the flip side hauler for team transport? It's the one for the GTR and the Lamborghini more recently. I think if Optimus track fleet was meant to be detachable it would probably be a lot easier than when I tried 😂 Thank for letting me know either way. Didn't want to break mine but perhaps when I next admire mine I might try and be a little bit firmer as would be cool to see the two part separately. Got a new video in works right now man. @customcollects definitely wasn't as easy as it should be! unfortunately I don't have any of the flip sides, they get snapped up so quickly where I am, and the stores are a bit reluctant to let people go through the cases so I only find whats on the pegs. I have some good stuff still and I usually walk out happy with my finds though!

Hey man, how's it going? Yellow bumblebee 🐝 was original seeded 1 per case for the initial release making it rarer. The car then appeared as normal 2 per case for the next set of 72 cars released by hot wheels. Golden bumblebee is only harder to find and not rare. Both are very desirable hot wheels to find out in the wild and you're very lucky if you can buy one for retail price! Hope this helps man and happy hunting 👍🔥

Being the UK is small and we don't have a lot of retail space like USA 🇺🇸 lol. International short card is the best and takes up less space. Easier to ship and will be slightly cheaper to manufacture too. Hope this helps and thanks for watching dude

Thanks man! Really appreciate the great support. I still have an old Ferrari F40 matchbox car my dad bought me when I was a kid. I think matchbox still has a fan base and yeah sure maybe more so here in the UK compared to US but Mattel owns both hot wheels and matchbox now so it's much the same. Hot wheels has that little extra sprinkle of magic imo and a fascinating history too. Other older brands I used to have were Lesney models and Lledo cars. Which brands do you enjoy collecting the most right now?

@customcollects I'm a big collector of Burago and Matchbox diecast cars. I especially like the Matchbox Moving Parts cars. 😀 Unfortunatetely, Matchbox Moving Parts cars cost 7 euros in Latvia. Of corse, i also buy Hot Wheels cars. Mainlain Hot Wheels cars cost 3 euros and 20 cents in Latvia. In America they cost only 1 dolar and 20 cents. How much do mainline Hot Wheels cars cost in the UK? 🤔

In my videos I promote something that really works for me... "the more you hunt, the more you find" right now I'm checking 20+ stores 3-4 times a week and eventually a member of staff who isn't "the hot wheels guy" on maybe his 2 weeks off from work holiday dumps a box that has a super... every day people who don't care or know anything about hot wheels work in stores and just put out stock like normal. If you keep looking eventually you do find what you're looking for. And if you can't. Look more! Good luck out there my guy. I have a lot of responsibilities in real life, two kids and other priorities but yes I try my best to make fun and entertaining videos and try to do my own thing and be as original as I can be. @@customcollects running a channel while balancing being a Dad and work takes a lot of planning. I have 4 kids myself. Maybe one day I might get to do this full time I don't know its just for fun right now. I plan to visit more diecast shows all around the US and maybe internationally one day its just tricky sometimes to coordinate getting time off work and balancing time for my family. I have a good question regarding trade shows / monthly conventions etc. What do you search for and where? There MUST be some nice things happening near me but I'm not very au fait with the culture. Never! There is no chance in my country as I've been in store and overheard conversations between staff training a new member telling them to look out for black cars with 0/5 when they are opening boxes in the stockroom to put on the shop floor. I have purchased a sealed case for modern classics which cost me less than retail for 10 cars plus I will have a chance at a chase! I will make a video about it 100% 👍
