I have done your centre work enjoyed it very much . I go to ballet tonight so this lovely class really inspires me. You work your feet beautifully . I need to practice on my balance more my back got injured after vaxxes . So getting stronger but slow . I would love you to do pirroets sometime ! Lovely lady thankyou x

today I was freezing out I though I lost you . iam the girl with the bad back your class helps so much as you can make it harder or basic wonderfull good teacher.

What would I do without this lovely class . I do sometimes have little time and this sets me up for my day lovely joy x

Today l really concentrated on my placements I keep coming to your class as I can slightly change to challenging holding positions your class is so good it can cater for even professionals please do more joy.

Today my back was very bad I have suffered for 2 years allergic to vaxx it is improving lowly arrobesq is not the same since but your class works wonders . I think all people with back problems should practice just the basic plie concentrating pulling tummy in and strate spine. However another great class I feel a lot better love joy x
