Hi I never did this before but now want to do it. I got Africa Twin Adventure Sports, and really want to have its full use. Can you please provide any off road maps or routes close to Mississauga area or any close by. I have OFTR membership plus Orangeville club. I still have street tires on bike. Do I need special shoes and helmet too?

I can see you started from "633419 Ontario 10, Mono, ON" address, however, could you please share the route you took. these are really some of the most fun trails around, i love leaning into these corners and putting your weight right down to the tires cracking the throttle on the exits. definitely you can get out of shape on the short straights that are whopped out, also watch for stumps hiding in the ferns, they will grab your toes real quick lol

I’m a green plated oftr member and I live in Orangeville. These off-road places you were riding, are they private or crown? I’m looking for close by places to practice techniques. I know the parking lot you guys started out from, I’ve emailed the owner of the property to ask permission to practice and unfortunately no response🥺. I even offered to pay to use the property. I normally practice at Wiloughby and 109 at the sand pit

Your gas tank has a 2 inch filter if it falls off. It will start to bubble at about a 1/4 tank because it no longer pulls gas from the bottom of tank. Check by putting 5 gallons of gas in tank and run it to see if bubbles stop.
