Hey, that’s to enter motion detection. To enter motion detection standby mode, hold down the "V" button until the solid blue light turns on, then press the "M" button once. The solid red light will indicate that it is in motion detection standby mode. Press the "V" button once, and it will blink 3 times, placing it in motion detection mode.

So if I’m understand this correctly, the Standby mode will only keep the camera detecting for motion for 1 minute. If no motion is detected it will shut off. On the other hand, if I press v and the red light blink three times and shuts off, that’s when the camera will start recording whenever there’s motion, without the 1 minute limitation until the battery runs out , correct ?

🔥🔥 I never been on a cruise, but I’m actually planning to go on one soon enough so I’ll know what bad Wi-Fi is like soon enough. Honestly this one works solely off of Wi-Fi. If you have Mobile Hotspot it could work, if it’s strong enough tho. If you’re questioning the Wi-Fi reliability, I would probably use the offline hidden camera and check out the recordings when I get to my room 🙏🏽

My initial reason for getting this was to see who was breaking into my car (since I went through that twice in 1 year). Honestly I was worried about leaving it on the dash cam cause someone may like the device and break into it, but if that’s not your concern I’ll say it’s a good choice since it’s discrete. A dash cam is also a good idea tho too, I didn’t get the dash cam initially because the people who break into cars around my way are well aware of recording dash cams

Ahhh, I see what you mean. Yeah when you hit the M button and it stays on red that means it is on Motion Detection STAND-BY Mode. Just click the V button again when it’s in red and Motion detection recording will begin.

Hey, In this case I recommend you save your recordings and reset your device using the pin-hole reset option. Try it again and let me know if that works

How many GBs are your SD cards? Did you format the SD cards?

Hi 👋🏽, no barcode is needed to activate the offline camera. All you need to do is power it on if it’s charged.

That’s honestly one of my biggest issues with them; Crocflame takes insanely long to get their products over. The first time I ordered it I think it took them like 2 months. This time it took them like a month 😩. I would follow up with them to check on the status, just in case 🙏🏽

Hey, I’m not sure how far it can catch motion detection, but I know the closer the better. Can I know where you have it positioned? If need be, I recommend saving your recordings and resetting the camera through the pin-hole reset. Let me know if that works

@@thegadgetrabbithole hi thanks for your reply.. apparently there was a plastic sticker on the camera that I did not know I was supposed to remove..smh. It seems to be working now..will check when I next go to swap out cameras( I got two so I could swap them instead of having to recharge on site..The only issue I have now is that it is saving the files as AIFF instead of MOV..is there a way to specify MOV? Thanks again

Figured it out. Moving items to the trash doesn’t take it off the sd, gotta have it plugged in and empty trash for it to actually wipe it. (On Mac)

Hey, so loop recording is done every 10 minutes and will continue to loop and save every 10 minutes until the memory is full, then it will save over the oldest recording to make space for the newest recording.
