soy de peru diseñe una balsa anfibia para un oasis en mi localidad y me piden muchas regulaciones, lo hice yo con la ayuda de un tio que trabaja en estructuras submarinas es soldador y nos guiamos de videos en yotube sobre estas balsas flotantes con cilindros, y ahora las entidades me piden un expediente tecnico firmado por un ingeniero tecnico, ayuda alguien.

I would install the plastic drums vertical in your frame, so you always have a option to inspect if you suspect 1 leaking from the 2 filling caps that are now design to be under water, even to replace 1 if necessary
I am noticing the problem as well but you came with the solution!

how about electricity?
The electricity connection has to be flexible, so that as the house rises, the connection does not get damaged. Such houses need to be anchored so that the movement of the house is limited to the amount of flexibility in the connection(s). Water and sewage also need to be have flexible connections.

Barrels have to be replaceable, and the DNR is currently trying to ban anything made with barrels on water everywhere, so good luck with that

Why do these drum house rafts seem like they would leak and sink or tip over, to me? How on Earth can drums keep that much weight floating. Is this real? I would fear drowning.
Each barrel will float 450 lbs.
@Lost Aquarian Yeah, if they're not already filled with closed cell foam... they can be filled with for longer term reliability.
