Quick trip to Zadar, Croatia and Dugi Otok VLOG #6
Переглядів 4136 років тому
This time I picked some cheap plane tickets to Zadar (Ryanair 50€ two-way). On Dugi Otok you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, the Sakrun Beach. Zadar's old town is very touristic but it is definitely worth seeing. I stayed in Boutique Hostel Forum, which offers great location, design and comfort. I think 4-5 days is a sufficient length of stay to see all sights and go to ...

LIVING IN A HIGH-RISE: WHO Apartment Tour VLOG#2
Anthony you gotta minimize your clutter and work straight and plain… love your space and have a good post
The horror!
Where is this located pls I wanna live on of these Rooms i'm moving to Paris PLS TELL THE LOCATION OF THIS PLACE 😢
I am living in 17 SqM apartament and it's rough especially if you are working from home office. Sitting entire day in a single room can hit you mentally so you have get out more outside of work. I am looking for larger apartament, at least 40 or more sq meters.
Charming room
Nice
😢😢
you need to buy a better desk chair man haha. it's minimalistic, meaning that chair has to be the most comfortable chair in the world.
This is like a cabin on a cruise ship.
Французы бедные в России богаче живут люди
Это те живут богаче, которые за деньги идут на войну, а их женам потом дрова привозят, заборы ремонтируют 😂? Смешные вы какие
I would die
I think we have to stop calling these ' apartments' or even 'studio apartments'. These are like small single hotel rooms with kitchenettes. Which we agree to pay as apartments. And I am one who loves tiny spaces, tiny houses, cabins, whatever. But I think it's shameful that the fact of living in certain cities is considered such a privilege that people agree to be stripped of a lot of money to live in basically hotel rooms.
I lived in a chambre de bonne in Paris in the 90's. Fith floor, no lift. No running water. I had to go to the courtyard of the building to fill jugs of water. Shared toilet in the hall (no sink or shower). But the window was huge and I have a lovely memory of my time there.
I love, love, love your apartment! Wish we had small apartments like yours in Canada. I'd move in right away!
dont you live in India?
Awesome apartment!❤. Just the right amount of space! I find myself want smaller space with just items I really need.
It's not an apartment though, it's a room. I live in a small apartment that's about three times the size of this tiny room. It's two rooms and a shower/toilet and although it's small it feels just right for a single person. I couldn't live in a room with a toilet in the wardrobe. I do think his apartment would be good for short-term stays up to a month or so.
@@Harry-fk5of « you couldn’t live”... Some people hasn’t NO CHOICE, my dear!((.....
@@manonnurbelli8142 Yeah that's true, it's disgusting that we have to pay huge amounts of money to live in these spaces though and we paint it as 'quirky' and cool when the majority of people would say that living in one tiny room with a toilet in the wardrobe is depressing
@@manonnurbelli8142 Also I did live in a room the same size as this but it had a separate toilet/shower and I paid a lot of money in rent, it was the cheapest option though, and lived there for 7 years, so I do understand.
I couldn't do it. It amazes me what people will do to live in a place just because they can walk to overpriced restaurants and bars. Sad!! You might want to commit a crime so you can upgrade to a prison cell!! Very depressing just like the weather in Paris.
In the US even closets are double that room
Claustofobic
Wow
Whoever did set up this place knows his/her job. White colour everywhere to make it bigger, compact kitchen, compact bathroom with the wardrobe in the compact wardrobe and three-fold mirrors to do the magic of bouncing the light here and there and make the room again to looks bigger.
be just fine but not sure how comfy that bed is, or where can put a tv ?
Smallest room Ive ever rented was 8m2😊 i did not go crazy.
Smaller is better. As you stated...you have everything you need! At this time in your life, I'm sure you don't spend much time in your room anyway.
I lived in one of these 'garret' rooms (with my boyfriend) in Rue de Teheran, off Bvd. Haussmann 26 years ago. I can see nothing much has changed in all these years! The difference is the toilet - we had to use a toilet in the corridor that was shared by all the other tenants on that floor...it was absolutely rank!! We had a shower, a washing machine, sink and small table top oven set along one wall by the door, a futon sofa bed alongside the other wall, and a tiny wardrobe and a table and one chair along the third wall. The window was a velux which was set in the remaining wall, which was slanted - this being the roof, of course. We climbed the spiral staircase up what seemed like 50 floors it just went on forever, with our bags of shopping from Monoprix, or Prisunic. We were young then, so living like that was an adventure, no hardship. It was one of my best memories! 😊
I promise I will never complain about the size of my cruise ship cabin ever again. 😊 It pays dividends to keep clutter to a minimum and live simply.
The good news: your apartment is in Paris The bad news: there is no bad news because you live in Paris
I’m coming here from watching NYC micro apartments. I find it interesting to see the dynamics between people living in tiny apartments in NYC vs different cities around the world. I would say they are more upbeat and have a zest for life whereas people from other cities are more on the serious quieter side. lol I think New York City is definitely more my vibe at this stage of my life. Paris will have to wait. 😊
Fantastic room...Very well organized🎉
Nice minimal security prison….
So this is like Goshiwon in South Korea
Did you say 80% of those little rooms remains unused? That is a waste of space, wouldn't it be better if they took a wall down between two of them and made some into one little apartment? They would get used instead of being empty. They could even make a few bigger by using three little rooms like you have, and turning them into one. Allowing people to have a more appropriate space to live.
I admire your minimalistic life-style and your apartment is tiny but has everything. Are any of these available to rent to tourists as an AirB&B? How much would it cost to rent one of these for a month?
I'm glad you have a window so it doesnt feel claustrophobic and also provides ventilation when you cook and go to the bathroom, and it's also cool you have your own bathroom that you can go to at any time instead of having to share one. I also like that your bed it's in the same level as the rest of the apartment, instead of using one of those lofts other places have that feel claustrophobic and have to use an uncomfortable ladder to climb
It’s mandatory to have a window to be able to rent the room. This and other criteria in terms of surface and volume. Otherwise it’s illegal housing and it’s taken very seriously by the local authorities
I have subscribed you cheers
Good to see you making your future from comfortable beneficial and much more reasonable in given circumstances. I wish you great future ahead. You are saving on precious time and energy. This is such a cool room! The space is quite well utilized and that toilet is incredible haha. Do you still live there?
Mirror magic🪄🪄🪄
I rather would use a mobile home outside the city than this closet
how is it now?
It is still great. Unfortunately American tourister stopped producing it. There is a very similar Samsonite version though.
Hi, was there any public transport available at Dugi Otok? i saw the mini train while you coming back from beach, is that private?
There is a private tourist "train" but I don't know if it has a fixed schedule. You can still walk if you have some time.
Not worth it. Move to another city. Get another job.
Thank you
Hi! How much is the monthly rent?
Too small
Clean haircut. Glasses. Chiseled face. Designer clothes. ...... ..... ..... 100m apartment. Men have become women.
😻
😻
A decent sized kitchen for a very small apartment. You have enough space to do sewing. LOL
