Look for Lily's chocolate baking chips. Regular and white and sometimes peppermint for the holidays. Sweetened with stevia. They are delicious!

@@Smithroadgoods What do you like to use yours for? I have always just put it on buttered biscuits, but I need more ideas! I'm thinking maybe on waffles & pancakes, add it to oatmeal, maybe ice cream topping. Pear butter and apple butter could both work.
@@laurieclarkson9180 Yes! Definitely biscuits and buttered toast. Oatmeal is a great idea! You can top your yogurt with it and even add it into cake and muffin batters!
I love bunnies too. They really hurt their paws on wires.. they need lots of space and solid ground. It pains me to see him in a cage like that.

When making bread, should you feed your starter the night before so it's ready to bake the following day or do you feed it first thing in the morning? Thanks.
Great question! I usually let my bread bulk ferment overnight so I will feed my starter around lunch that day so that it is at its peak by 8 pm when I mix the dough up. If you are baking in the morning, feed right before bed! Thank you for asking that!

I think a lot of people just do one side to throw ‘em off balance. I’ve done it both ways and couldn’t tell that either way helped much to keep the little dinosaurs outta my garden! 😂 We have matching polish chickens! Heather’s No Knead Sourdough Bread 1/3 cup sourdough starter 1 1/2 cups filtered water 1 1/2 tsp salt (I prefer pink Himalayan) 1 tbsp honey or sugar 3 3/4-4 cups all purpose flour Mix well, cover, ferment for 12-18 hours Shape the dough for second rise. Second rise should be around 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cook in dutch oven on 475 with lid on for 35-40 minutes. Remove lid and bake until desired browning. I have tried preheating the oven with the Dutch inside and I have started cold. I like both methods.
