Which engineer at GVM thought it was a good idea to have the mounts attached to the plastic body ?!?!?!? 😤 This light cannot handle the weight of a regular softbox without cracking 🤬! Also, it is a very bad idea to have a non-removable cable that frays over time and becomes a fire hazard

When you mount the diffuser on the outside of the barndoors the inside reflectors do not get to do their job. Is it possible to mount them on the inside?

In having a Issues with my SD400b pro, the controller gives me a Warning T5 message i restart it and it still does it.

What is the CCT accuracy at 10%?

So there is no PD power option. I need 4 metres of cable between the head and the power brick or battery. You have a tiny cable thats just a few inches making this light useless for me as I wanted it as a light weight head on a boom arm. You missed a chance for this light by not having PD power.

I just got a set and they seem to only work in dual mono, both mics coming out of the left and right channels. Is there a way to make them work in stereo, one mic coming from the left and one from the right?
