I came away with many takeaways in comparing the persistence of weed growing in my yard to growing my business. Few takeaways: Like a weed, persistence in growing utilized persistence determines your growth rate. Collaboration is key to growth, having a disruptive change in your business in correlation to the economic environment, and adapting to change to embrace growth, such as embracing more video technology in my business. Finally, a weed mindset will find ways to grow and expand their business.
