The choice to use WW1 tactics on Geonosis really was an odd one... I know they didn't have time to dig trenches even and it's a big flat desert.. but you'd think the clones could make more use of combined arms and have mobile shields or form columns behind their tanks for cover. I wonder how many clones were shot in the back by accident because everyone is just winging shots off into the dust cloud.

Imagine this same exact music except it’s arma reforger and you’re in a regular us military server. And you just got helicopter dropped to the objective in the water and so you and your team is incredibly slowly swimming to the shore and some random guy is just blasting this exact music full volume from his mic haha. Super painful moment that was. Wish I had squad and a pc though

Yeah... The strategy of the GAR wasn't really that good back in the first battle of the Geonosis. I mostly blame poor leadership from the Jedi.

I may not know this from the lore, but why's the HUD red? I know these are regular clones, but in Republic Commando the HUD is less invasive and is blueish-white. Also, where are things like compass and ammo counter?
idk, i didn't make this myself but i do know it's a WIP so maybe it'll change in the future
How does this look so accurate to the movie 👍🔥
While I love the custom HUD, I do feel like it would have had a few extra things. Compass, maybe a targetting reticle for the gun, and platoon or squad health/comms monitoring. (Which in Rep Com was just a few extra squares on the bottom). Overall though this is absolutely fantastic and would have loved to see more of this!

This is scary. It feels safe in the cabin. It feels safe when you land. It feels safe when you disembark. Then the pilot flies away, and Abandons you. Your path home must be paid for in gallons of blood. You aren't training. You are not safe. Fight or die.
But also a dumb idiot strategy as well, leaving troops in an open field with no places to take cover is horrifying.
