this C-124 was one of two at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland as the first one was flown out of there in 1983. first to Dover Delaware then to Dobbins Georgia arriving in 1984 to Travis AFB where its now on display this C-124 at Hill its been transported out of Aberdeen in 1992. as the C-124 only 9 are left worldwide and one A model displayed at the AMC museum in Dover. as there is video on youtube on the Travis one rescued out of Aberdeen proving grounds with this C-124 beside it.
