But I think the point was more, "Feeling love was crucial to Asriel's identity, LOSING it drove him insane, and getting love back only to lose it again felt exceedingly cruel to someone who was, in essence, a child. Not that it would be less cruel to an adult, but it makes it worse for a kid. Keep in mind, also, (Not to pull a 'card') that I have very close family with what you could call aro- mantic and platonic leanings. I've recently come out as potentially aromantic to my parents (I'm not sure yet). So no hate on the aro- spectrum, just food for thought.

It’s not Flowey’s lessened capacity for love that makes him the “bad guy”, it’s the time travel powers he got, causing him to slowly get bored and grow detached from everyone around him. His soullessness only sped that process up.

1:06 POINTS i drew that! but YESSSS Thomas has always been one of my favs from the game and I've always enjoyed his canon aroace status, even when it was moreso textually implied. While he's currently not even in the game anymore, I also like to think that Redd Heir Wing is also aroace, though *that* is just my headcanon. Cathal feels very ace to me as well... the floor of his room literally has asexual pepsi on it.

It's so cool to have another aspec character. Especially one where it not only is confirmed but they have a story and personality beyond being aspec. Bonus for being confirmed aromatic specifically and not confusing it with just asexual.

Could someone explain how telltale "made max misogynistic"? I've played through the games several times and there's nothing I see as being outwardly misogynistic. When it's explained that max doesn't like girls, Momma Bosco nearly calls him out as hating women but he responds with "no, just never interested" (Technically a spore) but he even calls Sam out for misogyny against Sybil during 305

I always thought it was extra funny because theres a few other cartoony pairings like this where you can sort of debate one way or other the nature of their relationship, but to have one of them be canonically gay via a running gag just really....slims the chances even more of the committed life partners who go everywhere and do everything together NOT being together 😂
