The Bible Says That “ALL that come to HIM, He Will In No Wise Cast Out”. Also “He Came To Seek That Which Is Lost”. He Is No Respecter Of Persons, He Came For All Those Who Would Believe In Him. The One Who Put That Desire In You Is Certainly Not Of The Enemy But Of God & By Doing So He Wouldn’t Put That Desire There & Then Say No. The Mere Fact Of You Desiring Saving Is Proof Also That You Haven’t Went To Far Because If You Had, You Would Have No Desire For The Lord, You Would Be Quite The Opposite & Would Hate, Despise, & Would Want Nothing To Do At All With Him. We Will Lift You Up In Prayer Her At The Testimony Of Praise Tabernacle For Sure. I/We Know It Can Be Difficult In This World Because We Do “Feel” The Effects Of Living In A Sin Cursed World & The Enemy Is Always After What We Believe & Make One Question The Word Of God Since The Beginning Even With Eve In The Garden Of Eden In Genesis Chapter Three. We Can’t Believe Those Lies Because Satan Is The Father Of All Lies, Knows No Truth, & It Is Not In Him. We Fail But Our Faith Is Not In Ourselves Of What We Do Or Do Not Do But In The Lord & What He Has Done & Is Still Doing. That Is Where We Put Our Trust, Our Focus Because The Enemy Would Have You Focus On Anything But Jesus Christ Our Savior. We Can’t Save Ourselves But Trust & Believe In The One Who Imputes/Places His Righteousness Upon Us The Very Moment We Put Our Faith/Trust & Focus Back Upon The Lord & In Nothing Else & Nothing Less. “Looking Unto Jesus The Author & Finisher Of Our Faith” The Measure Of Faith He Has Given Us ALL. Not Based On What We Feel, See, Or Even Think, But What The Lord Says In His Word, That Is Our Defense Is His Word. He Is A Rewarder Of Those Who Diligently Seeks Him. We Have To “PRESS” Into Him & Is Against The Flesh & Having To Die Daily & Follow After Him With All Of Our Mind, Soul, & Strength. Not Allowing Anything, Anyone To Distract Us From That. The Bible Says He Will Never Leave Or Forsake Us. And We Must Stand Upon The Promises In The Word Of God. God Is Love & He Loves You. He Chose You & Love Is A Choice, Not A Feeling Although It Can Lead To Feelings. It Is What & Who You Know, His Word, & The Lord Because “He Is Not A Man That Should Lie”. We Complicate But It Is Just That Simple Childlike Faith/Trust, Not A Set Of Rules/Laws Could Save Us But To Show Us That We Sin & Cannot Measure Up But Our Faith Is In The Law Keeper & The One Who Fulfilled The Law. His Works, Not Ours….Our Focus Can Not Be Upon Ourselves But Upon The Lord In His Finished Work On The Cross. “It Is Finished”. Nothing To Add Or Take Away From It. It Is FOREVER SEALED IN HEAVEN & IN EARTH. Keep Asking, Seeking, Knocking, Believing & He Never Gives Up So We Must Not Give Up On Him. He Changes Not, His Word Changes Not, He Has Spoken It & It Is Written & Is What He Used Against Satan When He Came Up Against Him In The Wilderness Fasting & Praying 40 Days & Nights. The Lord Even Gave In The Lords Prayer & In Other Scripture That We Should Pray Lest We Enter Into Temptation & He Prayed Also & Recorded In Scripture. He Gave The Example & We Should Follow Because Besides Reading The Word, We Pray His Word & Express Back To Our Need Of Him. Our Father Which Art In Heaven, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done In EARTH As It Is In HEAVEN. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And LEAD US NOT UNTO TEMPTATION, BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL, for thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever, Amen. When we place our faith solely in Jesus (who He is) & his finished work on the cross (what He has done) gives the power of the Holy Spirit & gives Him glory. That is what it means it part of denying yourself (denying that we can do anything, that it is not in us, I can’t do it & I/We don’t have to because He already did it) and we believe in His & Him solely. Peter got who Jesus was/is right but he missed “the what he was to do” (did for us now) in Matthew 16:13-28 focusing on verses 21-28. Can’t separate a man from from his works in other words, like us we are known by our profession of work. Some people are known more what type of work that they do & we can identify with them in that way. You can not separate Jesus apart from being Savior, Lord, 100% God, 100 % Man, Who Came Solely To Die On The Cross for Our Sin & Sin Of The Whole World & Those Who CHOOSE TO BELIEVE. All Comes Down To A Choice, In Everything We Do Or Don’t Do. One’s life profession of work can identify us but as Christian’s we are identified in Christ in who He Is & What He Is Done. (Examples for us on earth, some mechanics, doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers, or whatever most can identify as such as is who they are & are known by their profession/work as a whole in their identity as a part of who & what they are). I may not know some by their name but by their work have come know, some I know by face. Anyways I hope I haven’t confused you on that one but you can’t separate Jesus from who He is from His Work, what He did for us or we will miss it as Peter did In Matthew Chapter 16 & we can not miss it. Anyways, do hope some of this helps you on some way but do ask that you get in a Bible Preaching, Believing, God Fearing Church, wherever that may be for you. Need to be with a body of believers to strengthen you, encourage you, pray with you, & much, much, more.
