Hi there! Many thanks for the description! Can I wash the cover in the washing machine?
Sorry for the late reply! We do no recommend washing in the washing machine, as zippers may damage the fabric. Our maintenance recommendations: service.innopet.nl/hc/en-gb/articles/17764701599889-How-to-Properly-Maintain-an-InnoPet-Dog-Pram If the fabric cover becomes dirty, clean it with lukewarm water using a gentle handwashing method. Avoid using aggressive soap. After cleaning, avoid drying it in direct sunlight or near heating sources.
Yeah all well and good unless the one you get has a broken plastic connector where the push bar connects to and the metal pin doesn't stay in. Then contact them for a replacement part and you get nothing back! Great customer support. 😤
