Those signs were not there longer than 24 hours, and they were definitely not 50 to 25 feet part.They didn't even put one in front of my truck. Which is more than 25/50 feet from the last sign. Therefore, the cop is in the wrong, and I told him about 6 times he didn't wanna listen. So when I take him to court, I'm gonna try to press it where he loses his qualified immunity. #F12.

@@straightpipedchevy You saw you know the law, and though I believe you know certain laws, are you aware that if there's construction scheduled on a certain road a construction company can place NO PARKING signs along that road even if it's a NO parking zone OR even if you can legally park. How are though supposed to re-pave a road unless all cars are removed.... NOW.... there's a chance the construction company didn't place the signage on your road in a timely manner... meaning that they have a certain window of time they have to place the signage so that people have a chance to move their cars before they are towed. I do agree that there should've been a sign placed at you truck to avoid confusion even if there isn't a no parking sign. Look at the laws in place for permitting streets for no parking/construction.
