Change of mine set is important excepting and understand how your cfs effect you. With mild you can create a daily report on what triggers your flares Try things to fine out what helps you and soft yoga ,water or on bed exercise gently , do little walks if able. You Find out what food are bad for u and are good different vitamins. Everyone different, if your mild and you had it under 5years you have a chance of getting better. Alway listen to your body. Don’t pull yourself cause you can get worse and it come back in full circle repeating over and over. Good to get someone to talk to keep your stress levels down. Their are people who are severe and bedridden for month, week, years that are not depress but muscle To sick to use or energy deteriorate quickly so no your level and be careful. Some people get better cause also that the kind they have. Some no matter what u do don’t. . May god bless u.

Watch some of the videos here about exercise and ME: www.workwellfoundation.org/resources/ Get a heart rate monitor so you can track if you are spiking. Some people with mild ME can continue to exercise, but carefully (especially when it comes to aerobic activity). I have moderate ME and lift weights as I'm able. The key is not let your heart rate spike, so exercises that can be done while seated or laying down are extra helpful...there is plenty of weight training that can accommodate this. You may not be able to power lift, but it feels good to not waste away if you can do so without crashing.
