I have a co-worker who moved to Guadalajara after he retired. I visited him back in the fall and I thought it was Beautiful. The last time I visited GDL was back in 1980 when I was 23 years old. Now it is so modern, and the houses are very nice, and the pools are magnificent. It is so Green it reminded me of Los Angeles, California where I am from. But the new homes in GDL are more modern and beautiful than in California for the price. Like my father told me back in 1980 go to Mexico and see how poor people live. When you come back you will change, and he was correct. When I flew back home, I wanted kissed the ground and appreciate living in our United States. But since coming back recently I been thinking about buying a home there. So, I went on UA-cam and went to Capital Brokers website and OMG! the homes, I give my props to the Builders, and the pool designers there. Excellent!!

My wife has been talking about this place for 2 years we going up here in less than a month for a show on a boat the next day I have to take her here and drop like $300 on dinner and probably another $300 on drinks thanks a lot I'm soooooo happy lol

So nice video and glad you enjoyed the stay despite the issue with the mall security, unfortunately it is not only just for you guys it also applies with us as mexicans, I assume it is because the neighborhood where is located is the wealthiest in the city, however myself I went more cautious and just took some pictures inside in a more secret way haha.

Yes, In Mexico (generally speaking), if you end up in a neighborhood that is more run down, it doesn’t always mean it is not a safe area. It just means the people in that neighborhood are financially struggling. Being poor doesn’t always equal crime. Thank you for sharing that information to bring awareness to others that are thinking of visiting or living in Mexico.
