Not a fan of this rendition. They tried to be original but not nailed it as ff13-2. At least phase 2 is decent with the drum at the start

If they ever make Stranger of Paradise 2, it should be about Gilgamesh, traveling the multiverse and collecting swords by way of Souls-like duels. It'd be a lot more (intentionally) silly, but can also show how deadly Greg can be when he gets serious.

ff 15 still my favorite but this one is def in my top 3 it is just hard to choose between record keeper and this one who gets the second spot, because while i do really like this it is harder to hear the original piece in it, you can , but it is just harder. However the second phase just goes sooooooo hard it makes it a much harder pick, i think i might place this one on number 2 over record keepers its version(choir ver). i prob put the 12 on number 4 as it is just really that good and then 13-2. All i am gonna say is, they need to continue making battle on the big bridge as it never gets old and gilgamesh needs his own game already, whit the best versions of battle on the big bridge, one for each type of battle (normal, boss and final boss). I personally think a choir makes the songs 10 times more epic but this one proves it doesnt need it all the time.

I still think I like the version from 12 better, but this is up there as one of the better versions of the song, for sure.
