When i see fall during start of downswing i know they become master. if downswing is become faster from top then they are swinging with hands. 1. posture 2. one piece backswing 3. Downswing right palm look at sky now bring the palm flat and keep the right wrist cock as much as possible. And this bring body hip to turn 4. Adjust elbow for your body but goal is not shifting hip but turn 5. shoulder tilt towards ball. ( only possible if right palm parall to feet at half way). Even pro golfer mishit because they 90% rotated body and 10% not and used hands. And it make ball go everywhere We want elbow tucked to body not pressed against it. What we want is consistent spot for your body shape. Rotation of body happen by palm flat in line with feet and only way it can reach the ball is body turning.
