[HOW to MAKE] YAKI BIG SHRIMP KATSU-DON, Plump & Crispy! #エビカツ丼
This time, TAKE will make Yaki Big Shrimp Katsu-don, usuyaki tamago rice topping with big shrimp fry.
[RECIPE]
First, peel the shrimp. Large shrimp are expensive and have little flavor, so use small shrimp with a strong flavor.
After peeling the shrimp, pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
Next, use a small knife to remove the shrimp's back intestines.
Use the knife to cut the strands of shrimp so they do not curl up when fried.
Bundle three shrimp.
Roll the shrimp bundles in thinly sliced meat (in this case, pork loin).
Season rolls with salt and pepper.
Dredge the rolls in flour.
Prepare the beaten egg.
Dip the ingredients in the egg and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Fry for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare Usuyaki-tamago, a thin omelette egg.
Remove the shrimp cutlets from the oil pan and let them rest for a few minutes.
Fry the roll again over high heat for a few minutes.
The shrimp cutlet is done.
Place rice in a bowl.
Place the Usuyaki-tamago on top of the rice.
Place the large prawn cutlet on top and pour the dashi broth.
The grilled shrimp cutlet bowl is ready to eat.
Three shrimp are wrapped tightly in meat, so the inside is plump and the surface is crispy, making it a very satisfying dish.
