Here is where we get it: www.greenshootsonline.com/
I’m not happy with those loud transmission
I’m fixing make switch also
Why do you make a dramatic claim and fail to identify the solution. Crazy!
Most of our clients don't care what it's called, they just want to know we can take care of it. Here is the product: www.greenshootsonline.com/
What’s the product called?
Definitely an issue!! 🤦🏾♂️
Use PGR, thicker lawn, darker green, smaller blades, grows 1/2 speed in height, mow less
Hi I have a hunter i-core controller, at running time it does not switch on the stations to sprinkle... can you help please
what is the solution?
www.greenshootsonline.com/
I like how the Dallas grass raises the white flag. Nice work.
Excellent Series. Thanks!
wish that was the answer, it would be great
Thatnks for this video 💯
on this video - one can see the spray pattern and you are not getting 100% covering .....
You get the same results for putting dawn dish soap in your yard😂😂 Mechanicals the way to go
With shaded areas on a bermuda grass lawn, what ideas work to fill in patches?
Normally the two options are to thin the trees if that is what is causing the shade or create a mulch bed in that area. If you have enough sunlight, you could look at a different variety of turf. It all depends on how many hours of light hits that area.
Gracias Mr.George
Love This Video. Thanks
Good information! Thank you, Kyle!
Much appreciated sir, had to call a sprinkler company and they asked me about zones and i had no idea.
solid poit about getting 100 percent at the get go. So its been about a year would you say your gettingh equal or better results as far as the finished lawn projects? thanks. have a good
I would say they are equal in most situations. Core aeration will always be best in heavy compacted areas, but it sure is nice not punching holes in irrigation and internet cable lines.
im confused my station valve #4 wire is cut somewhere between the controller and the valve. i tested the valve with a hand held remote start and the valve works perfectly. the wire is broken between the cotroller and valve. That wire that is cut i do not use in any of the hook up correct i just fold it up and put it to the side. Now ive got valve #3 like 10 ft away am i going to use that valve as my main valve to hook up the add a zone to by sending a wire from #3 to #4 where the broken wire is and do i hook up all the commons together theres only 1 common in each box and theres 3 commons on the add a zone. Sorry but im confused about the controller also i have 1 open slot and thats # 12 do i hook up to that one for the open one bcase you said not to put them close together
I will try and answer this for you. Yes on the #12 slot to hook up in the controller. At the #3 valve, you want to take the common that is coming from the controller and connect it to the Add a Zone along with the #3 station wire. Then run from the first output of the Add a Zone to #3 valve. You will want to run the station wire and common to the valve. Repeat this for the #4 valve on the 2nd output of the Add a Zone. If the common wire at valve #4 has not been cut, then you can just run the station valve from the Add a Zone to #4 valve and just leave the common hooked up to the valve. It is okay to not hook anything up to the common wire on the output wire on the Add a Zone. I don't know it I made any sense, but I hope it helps.
I was losing my mind trying to service a new old system account recently. Zones 13 and 15 weren’t working and looked to be in the same area of the property…. Saw these wires inside the controller, and never saw an add-a-zone before-didn’t know what the heck was going on. Circuits test good from controller…. I guess the device has gone bad? Now I just have to find the valve box if they even used one at this place……
Please can you advise of a lab that will analyze the Bermuda Grass variant we have. Thanks!
We send our samples off to Texas A&M or to Logan Labs. You could find someone in your state, typically the universities that have Ag departments.
can you tell me where yall get the truck in this video and how much rigged out? I run a lawn/lanscape biz doing mowing and Weed control/fert here in West Texas. Been working out of a pick up and am considering different options. That unit looks nice small and compact. Thanks!
Graham Spray Equipment. They are outside of Atlanta and make a good quality product. The price will depend on your setup.
I am guessing a zone is equivalent to a station?
Yes. I always call it a station, but most people call it a zone around this area.
I picked the wrong profession if people are actually paying for this scam. Nothing replaces hollow core aeration. Period. Dawn, baby shampoo, etc. would be just as good. Core aerate. Overseed. Fertilize. Apply post/pre-emergent. Done.
👍🇺🇸
What do you guys charge per square foot to compost a yard?
👍👍
I rented that EcoLawn spreader a few years back. I'd REALLY love to have that, but it costs over $7k. At the time when I rented it, it was $6k and I thought that was way too much. There's a pull behind version for $3,500. I wish they'd sell it for $1,500. I'd buy it tomorrow.
You just have to look at what that machine can bring you revenue wise during it's life. It is a cheap machine if it's running each day.
Great stuff
When is it ideal to do this whole process? I mean season wise, thanks
It's best to apply it when your grass is actively growing.
@@CenturyLawnandLandscapethanks. So before summer around spring?
@@christianmeza4529 Spring would be best if you have real hot summers that slow the growth of the grass down.
cows eat everything, alot of weeds and their seeds. make sure any manure used for your top dressing has sat 3+ years #1 to lower the PH so the lawn doesn't burn from the high fertilizer dose it is receiving from the cow manuer and # also very important the weed seeds have died as many of thew weeds are bi annual meaning 2 year life span sometimes 3 if they were produced in the fall before ingestion.
Love it!
What post and pre- emergents are you using on Bermuda grass?
We use Specticle and Barricade for the core of our Pre-emerge, but will rotate with other products to help with resistance. For post, we use a large number of products depending on target weed and time of year. Monument, Speedzone, Celsius, Tribute Total, Solitare, Q4. That is not the full list, but ones we use the most.
very nice! we are top dresser specialist to!
Ok frens
I like your shop! I want to start a lawn care business in my area one day. I hope to have a nice shop and good team like you. Thank you for always sharing valuable information on your videos! Happy Holidays!!
You are welcome. The first and hardest step is getting the business started. After that, you can make anything happen.
Bottom!
This is very nice, could you please tell us what kind of gps you use and if there’s a monthly fee or just a one time purchase Thanks
Raven is the company. There is a one-time fee to purchase the unit and then it's about $18 per month for the subscription. It is very easy to install.
I moved into a new home with little to non info. I’m updating the techs and you guided me well. Thank you.
How can I keep centipede grass from taking over my Bermuda lawn
Have you tried Drive? I think it will do some damage to it and will not harm your Bermuda.
thanks for the details, What we can do to treat this weed?
We are testing Tribute Total and Katana mixed at the high rate. It discolors it and looks to stop it from growing, but the true test will be to see if it greens back up in the spring.
Does roundup do anything to it?
@@ROG956 it will kill the and leave the spot
@@CenturyLawnandLandscape well.... What's are your results?
@@wesley1983 I would say 90% came back. Hopefully there will be a solution in the future.
Is it okay to use loam in this top dresser?
It would okay and I would make sure to use screened loam. You just need to watch the amount you put in there on each load.
Zoysia series next!
Ironic, since professional lawn cutters spread Bermuda as they go to different yards
Most Bermuda grass nowadays is hybrid if reduces a seed, but the seeds are sterile
Ok frens
Ok hallo frens
Question have any of your guys ever mowed at top speed .i have have that john deer w36r. And she is a beast I don't have the balls to run at full speed let alone the room to do it .I was just wondering lol 😆
Ha ha. No we don't. I think our guys would be in a full sprint with it to keep up. I would hate to see the damage they would cause going that fast.
I was wondering because at lower speeds she has gotten away from me. Lol 😆 and my son even ran into my bush 🤣 but I freaking love that mower .the manly base gets in my voice every time I start her up lol 😆 😂 😅 🤣
