I understand how angry his brother would be, and I would be too. But the parents reaction were far worse then the brothers.

Nta. There was no harassment. I had a coworker do this once where she reported one of our nicest assisted living residents for sexual harassment of me without telling me. The guy was this sweet little gentleman with downs who I would help shower in the morning. We had this thing where he liked to give give me and hug and then tickle my sides as a joke and I would always play along with him. Thing was he had arthritis and was very short so when he hugged me, his hands were close to my butt. She knew this cause I had told her that. So the next day my boss wanted to know if it was true. Thankfully I managed to shut that down really quick.
