You've mixed up two different clues. :) 1) White Sage for the room we are in. 2) Reiki symbol to make the session work independently of space and time. This means that the effect of the session will also work if you watch the video at a later time and Reiki comes to you via me as a messenger and you don't have to be physically with me (the room as an energetic path from A to B, not the room we are sitting in). In Detail: Sage was there to prepare the room (yours and mine) for the session, but of course this also has a positive effect beyond the session. Clearing a space (a room in a house) energetically and, as we would say, filling it with positive energies protects us from leaving and absorbing unwanted energies in it. The more you consciously perceive how different energies or vibrations feel and what effects they have on your mood, your own ability to act and your health, the more you will eventually realize that it is smart and efficient not only to clean again and again, but also to behave and develop yourself from the outset in such a way that you absorb and produce less low-vibration energies. In harmless areas, for example, everyday life and other people, but also through your own 'negative' or low-vibrating thoughts and feelings, can have a negative influence on the energy vibration of a room. For example, since I don't live alone in this apartment and my partner handles energies like a bull in a china shop, it's a good idea to prepare a well-used room for a Reiki session. I also do this for your room for the duration of the session, but this effect also has a long-term effect as long as you try not to fill your own space too much with unpleasant atmosphere (some thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words). These are the typical “polluters”. I usually don't assume things like black magic / evil wishes or beings that are not good for us, as these are much rarer (but that is also possible).

Colorful long nails are beautiful, but I always wonder how they do housework with them. The day before yesterday I saw a lady on the bus who had gold crowns glued onto her gel nails. The crowns stuck out a whole centimeter from the nail. Very eccentric, I thought. After that, a film ran through my mind of her getting them caught on something and tearing off a nail. Hmm... I'll probably never wear crowns on my nails.

I know this fear. I remembered what it felt like to love my mom and my grandparents. They are not perfect beauties and yet I love them from the bottom of my heart. No hard time or absence has changed that. And I thought to myself, this must be that unconditional love that they always talk about. Then I thought about the fact that my family loves me so much too. So why shouldn't I? To love myself so much. The thought became an idea, then a decision. I thought about my family and evoked the feeling. And then - with this feeling - I imagined my face. And guess what happened... It stayed. And sometimes I repeated that. So I could have the courage to show myself. Love is the opposite of fear.

I respect that. Family love always gives strength. Me, I'm kinda 50-50 with showing mine. Sometimes I feel fine, sometimes not. All online media I use I just stick to this owl character you see. It's nothing really special, It's just my GTA Online character and my brother drew it and I made it my profile picture.

I told you about mine so that you can try it out too if it feels right for you and you want to do something about the discomfort. But that's entirely up to you. And I completely understand that you don't want to keep opening up every construction site when you have enough other things to sort out. One thing at a time is the safest and most relaxed way to reach your goal. Thank you for sharing your personal experience with me. I still find it difficult to hold back on giving advice sometimes. I've learned that you should only give tips when the other person asks for them. I hope I understood your message correctly. Otherwise, just thank you, I'm always very happy when others open up and share something authentic.
