Why are Alkynes Reactive?
Переглядів 292 місяці тому
Why are sigma bonds stronger than pi bonds? 1) sigma bonds have better and more orbital overlap. 2) sigma bonds are located along the long-axis of the molecules' bonds. pi bonds have less orbital overlap, and the pi bonds are not located along the long axis of the hybridized carbons that are being investigated. #hybridization #sigmabond #pibond #pielectrons #electrons #alkynes #alkenes #alkanes...

If the goal is to graph it then simply draw a line at 60° and mark of the length 2. No need to convert polar to rectangular coordinates.
@@goswinvonbrederlow6602 that's true as well👍
Where does 1 comes from?
"C" is a variable. And any variable not having a constant explicitly mentioned is always a constant of 1, applied to it! Just like "x" is 1x. E.g. 2x + x = 3x C is = 1C

I believe impact force is defines as F=delta E/s where delta E is the change in kenetic energy and s is the distance at which this occurs. So, in your case the object is no longer moving after impact so the delta E is equivalent to the potential energy. So the equation becomes F=mah/s (h=height). The distance over which it decelerates is key. If you drop an object distance x and it decelerates over distance x, then they cancel one another out and you are left with F=ma. But if it falls from a 100m and decelerated over 1m, then the impact force will have 100x the static force (gravity). If it falls from 100m and lands on a hard surface and decelerates over just 1cm, then it will be 10000x. So, the height from which it falls actually has a huge effect on the impact force. Stand on your bathroom scale and read the force. Now bounce and see if the force increases?
@@robertpowell7428 appreciate your input very much and very detailed comment, I will be sure to note this down.
great reaction scheme.

It's also a case of base stability too. The more stable the base (and thus, weaker), the more likely it is to be formed.

pretty simple, tho unless you needed the exact value, I would just simplify it to 1/4 or 0.25 since 31 goes to 30, and 125 goes to 120 and 3/12 is just fourth, which is a good estimate
@@LittleDragon548 very well said!
