Thank GOD and everything Holy that President Trump will be returning to the White House! It was truly a miracle that he escaped the assassin's bullet, and clearly, Donald J. Trump has unfinished business in his role as Commander in Chief. Would anyone argue that it looks like Trump is destined to achieve bigger and better things in his second term? The difficult lessons he learned from his first time in office will undoubtedly pay off this time around. And I would even argue that suffering the disaster of these past 4 years under Biden /Harris has caused a lot of Americans to become nostalgic for the Trump years. Trump is off to a remarkable start, as evidenced by his high (59%) approval rating for how quickly he is staffing his second administration with diverse and eminently qualified candidates across a wide ideological spectrum. It truly seems to be another "Morning in America" moment, that harkens back to the Reagan presidency. Who knows? When all is said and done, the Presidency of Donald Trump may be remembered with as much honor and reverence as the transformational Presidency of Ronald Reagan. Make America Great Again (MAGA) indeed.

Just some unsolicited advice because it's clear you aren't a native english speaker: first of all, you say live "on" Mercer Island, not live "in" Mercer Island. I'm guessing you are getting "in" because that is what you would say for a neighborhood, i.e. someone lives "in" Ballard. But since Mercer Island is, well, an island, people say live "on" Mercer Island. Also when your slide says, "...so many like wealthy families..." you shouldn't put in the "like." Although this is how people speak, and even text, you don't want to use that for a professional video. There should be no "like"s unless you are literally comparing two things to each other. Finally, I think your smiling and nodding is a bit over the top. You seem really nice and friendly, but it's a bit off putting to constantly smile and nod like that. Great job on the video overall though, and props for taking action as an agent and using UA-cam to get yourself out there! I'm sure you will continue to have great success!

Gee thanks. I've in this city for over 24 years. I've seen changes during that time all for the best. However, this clip also brings in a lot of undesirable's development. I would rather have the city to be more like a small suburb-urban area with lots of green spaces and community feels. There have been too many high-density apartments development in the area the last few years causing traffic congestions all over the places.

The city has 2 different school districts, Lake Washington and Issaquah both are highly rated. Because there is no bridge across the lake, you need to drive north/south around it, which means all the traffic to/from work flows on the same few roads. It is a bedroom community, so not many restaurants, most are in Issaquah or Redmond; similar with larger shopping complexes.
