great video brother, I have all the blackmagic cameras including the 12k that last con is really a none issue, at least for me, I see you are using an external monitor, why not use the blackmagic monitors, I dont shoot without them, not only do I get a backup to the raw footage I am shooting but I am also getting high quality pro res files, just make sure you expose correctly , its not going to give you the latitude of a raw file

The Alev3 sensor struggles with extreme blue colors usually from colored LED lights. Something to keep in mind. Most digital sensors aside from the Alexa 35 struggle with either extreme red or blue colors.
