Yeah, i got "A Better End" just today. Had no idea this game available on phones, but wouldn't be able to play it on my pile of junk anyway. + it's easier to record on emulator with bigger res. I imagine phone footage would be bit crushed to oblivion.

It's unofficial fan translation. One of my Vocaloid loving friends dropped me a link to iso file. I don`t think i can link anything like this on yt tho. Yt really don`t like links like that. Just search "brs the game usa iso" or something. Shouldn't be that hard to find. Also i'm playing on emulator so idk will it work with original psp. So you might need an emulator too. Not sure about that tho.
