Hi Mohammed, it would be best to reach out to TEXA in your country/region. We've don't have the same vehicle options in the North American software as you would have in Australia/New Zealand.

Hi, Sorry for missing your comment, I'm not receiving notifications for comments. Are past the initial 12 months of software updates that come when you first purchase TEXA? The counter code screen pops up after every update but this should automatically complete and let you back into the software. If you are past the initial 12 months of updates and want to renew your TEXPACK software update subscription, you will either need to contact the company you purchased your TEXA from or another TEXA dealer in your area. They will bill you for the TEXPACK software update renewal fee and send your information to TEXA so your system can access updates again. If for some reason you aren't receiving quality support from the company you purchased TEXA from you can request a change of dealer to another TEXA dealer. You will be asked to provide your contact information, your system information and a reason why you want to switch TEXA dealers. The TEXA ID normally pops up when you first enter the software but we select the box to not show this every time, so now to find your TEXA ID go into your software (Car, Truck, Off-Highway, etc) and click on the version number in the top right corner of the screen, next to the red X. A new window will appear with your TEXA ID at the bottom of the information about your system.

Under Heavy Duty & Bus > Iveco the only engine option listed is a Cummins and looking in Powertrain > Engine there isn't an option for IVECO. I was told that the types of vehicles listed will vary depending on what region you live in. If this is true it makes sense, rather than having to look through a long list of vehicles that aren't available in your region, TEXA only shows the ones available in your region.
