I also really love how you prep your food and looked very delicious. I'm 50yrs old now and with a bad back but still pushing to eat healthy, drop weight because as we all woman know we go through menopause. YES I SAID IT LADIES....SAD BUT TRUE AND VERY HARD TO DROP WEGHT. SO ladies....I've had back surgery and now working to drop the weight. This video was very encouraging....SO THANK YOU FOR POSTING.....ALL THE FOOD WAS GREAT.
