Hi Carly :) just found your channel. I had gastric bypass on Aug 29. Looking forward to following your journey! I also strive to eat more plant based/less processed in the long run. Have you seen any of Dr Matthew Weiner's videos? He advocates for this after wls. But it sounds like your program is supportive :) I haven't told mine yet that that is my plan. Sounds like you're doing awesome!!

I totally get this. Food takes up so much space in my mind. I have often joked about a situation of myself standing before the Lord and he asks me this question..."If you could change anything about yourself what would it be?" My answer is simple....to eat everything I want without gaining weight. :) I, like you, have been able to manage my food addiction because my life is now manageable. Changing my diet to more healthy options has also helped. Thanks for bringing us all along on your journey!
