@WorldIn360channel I'm assuming you don't live in minnesota. Insane crime rates, 5th highest state taxed place, home of black lives matter, largest Somalia immigration state, home of tim walz, tampons in men's restrooms in schools. Those are some of the reasons. Also lake street is known for drugs, prostitution, cross dressing prostitution and gun shots multiple times a night.

It's largest and most Populous city though in MN.... similar can be said in every state's largest cities when compared to smaller or rural areas atleast: probably for countries as well 😊😃😅 Ofc several good things are happening in Minneapolis and across our large USA cities....ofc i agree issues exist as well that need to be sorted as country
This is cool. I grew up Rice Street & Front Ave area, loved seeing my old hood on UA-cam. The video is a little dark and kind of hard to see but still very cool. FYI: Rice Street is not on the East Side, them are fighting words, lol

Ooh yeah Rice St was more of connector route towards Greater East Side...Thanks for noticing. Had wondered too why some videos are bit darker after upload..yet original is an impeccable clarity @ 4K....one intimated that they're kept so for 'privacy' in some instances...probably could be more reasons...hopefully rules've evolved with time <if true>
